Spain | The labor market made a strong start to 2025
Social Security affiliation declined due to seasonal factors (-242,100), while unemployment increased (38,700). However, after adjusting for seasonality, the number of contributors rose by 35,800, and the unemployed fell by 25,800. The impact of the dana on the labor market appears to have fully reversed.

El crecimiento de la economía ha vuelto a sorprender positivamente. La estimación adelantada de la Contabilidad Nacional Trimestral (CNTR) indica que el PIB aumentó un 0,8 % trimestral (t/t) en el tercer trimestre de 2024, igual que en el segundo. Se anticipa un incremento del PIB del 0,6 % t/t.
