Luis Antonio Espinosa Carrasco is Economist at BBVA in Mexico. He is part of the work team in charge of analyzing topics of inclusion and financial education, social policy, inequality, poverty and vulnerable groups.
Before joining BBVA research, Luis was in charge of the analysis and research as a coordinator of the Evaluation and financial education department, by collaborating in the development of strategies and instruments for monitoring and evaluation of the Financial Education Program.He is a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where he completed a degree in Economics with honors. Additionally, Luis was a research assistant at the Institute of Economic Research (IIEc) in projects with topics related to the global and regional financial system.March 6, 2020
