Colombia | BanRep keep its monetary policy rate unchanged at 7.75%

Summary

During its August meeting, BanRep’s Board decided to keep its repo rate unchanged at 7.75%. According to the communiqué, six members of the Board voted for interest rate stability while one member voted for a 25bp increase. This is the first time that BanRep publish a voting breakdown.
