Colombia successfully issues 30-year dollar-denominated bonds at one of the lowest rates ever for that maturity
Summary
Inflation in Mexico was below expectations due to larger declines in telecommunication prices and smaller increases in gasoline prices, among other factors. This unexpected decline has led us to lower our forecast for year-end inflation and suggests that headline inflation will remain close to the CB’s target for most of the year.
