Mexico | Bank deposits: loses dynamism due to lower growth of its demand segment

Summary

In October 2016, the nominal annual growth rate of traditional bank deposits (demand + term) was 12.6%, 0.2 pp lower than the previous month (12.8%), and 1.1 pp lower than the recorded the same month of the previous year. Thus, traditional banks deposits slows down its growth, as a result of less dynamism of the demand segment
