Mexico | Credit to private sector maintained good growth, driven by consumer & corporate

In June 2016 the balance of outstanding credit granted by commercial banks to the private sector grew at a nominal annual rate of 15.5% (12.7% real), which meant an increase of 1.8 percentage points compared to the observed rate in May 2016. In the first half of 2016 (1H16) the average growth rate was 14.7%, higher than 9.9% in 1H15
