Mexico Economic Outlook First Quarter 2016

Summary

Global growth is weighted to the downside. The outlook is less favourable for commodity-exporting economies. Growth in Mexico will remain at a similar level to last year, supported by domestic consumption. The transfer of exchange-rate depreciation to prices will continue to be limited. Inflation is expected to close the year at around the Central Bank’s target rate
