Mexico | Remittances reach maximum growth & record of year, +13.1% & 2,266.4 million USD

Households in Mexico received 38.2% more remittances in pesos after inflation during August 2015 compared to the same month last year. The sharp appreciation of US dollar experienced in previous months encourages Mexican immigrants to send remittances more frequently and in larger amounts
