New Orders Drag Down ISM Manufacturing Index in December
Summary
The ISM Manufacturing Index declined slightly in December to 55.5, closing out the year in positive territory and above the level seen in January. The index reached a high point for the year back in August and then again in October, but then proceeded to decline in both November in December
