On page 3 of the Report -second paragraph- the time period referring to the Euribor has been included: 12 months. Therefore, the sentence would read as follows: The rise in interest rates, which places the Euribor-12 months at 2.6% in October, occurs in a context of a lower financial burden on households than in 2008. On page 14 -first paragraph- the figure for home sales up to September 2022 has been modified: 12.7% instead of the previously mentioned 1.27%.
