Spain | December 2014 home sales: the year concludes with an increase in sales

According to data from the General Council of Notaries, 43,901 homes were sold in Dicember 2014. Home sales grew by 2.2% (swda), which translates into a quarterly growth of 3.4%. Thus, the 364,600 homes sold in 2014 were 19.1% higher than in 2013.
