Spain | Encouraging prospects for the real estate sector in the second half of 2015
Summary
The real estate sector concluded the first half of the year positively. Housing sales were shored up by increased lending, the upturn in employment and better consumer confidence. Construction activity showed significant growth, albeit from a relatively low level. Macroeconomic prospects for the second half of the year will continue to contribute sector recovery.
