Spain | Energy and unprocessed foods cause inflation to drop more than expected in December
Summary
The fall in headline inflation was intensified at the end of 2014, mainly as a result of energy and unprocessed food prices. By contrast, core prices stabilised. Our forward forecast is for negative headline inflation rates until mid-year, resulting from downward pressure on the price of raw materials.
