Spain | Home sales in May 2016: adjustment after a positive surprise in April
Summary
General Counsil of Notariates data reveals that 38.845 homes were sold in May, 10,9% less than in Marchafter correcting for stationarity. With this trend, in line with what was expected after the positive surprise in April, in the first five months of the year home sales grew 16,8% in regards to the same period last year.
