Spain: July 2014 housing sales: weaker but within the limits of stability
Summary
32,545 homes were sold in July 2014 according to figures from the General Council of Notaries. Sales fell by 1.5% (swda) from the previous month. Nevertheless, the operations remained within the limits of stability that we started to see some months ago.
