Spain | Permits in September 2015: growth in the month closes a quarter of flat evolution
Summary
In September 4,419 housing permits were signed, 2.9% more than in the previous month. This puts an end to a quarter in which they have remained stable compared to 2T15. Thus, permits signed between January and September increased 30.6% yoy. For its part, refurbishment also showed a positive development.
