The regions: domestic demand and tourism, following the upward revision for growth in 2015

Summary

The forecasts for 2015 growth have been revised upwards for all the regions. The differences among them as regards domestic demand and exports account for the dissimilar impact of EMU growth, oil and the euro. In 2016 at least five regions will have a GDP figure either the same as or higher than before the crisis set in. Seven will also recover the GDP per head level.
