Time for Reform in Europe
Summary
It is now three years since the ECB embarked on a variety of policies to relax its monetary policy and open a valuable window of opportunity for European countries to make financial adjustments, carry out reforms and reduce private debt without worrying about financial tensions, but a favourable assessment is not possible.
