U.S. | Consumer spending increases strongly in April

Summary

Personal income increased 0.4% MoM, the fastest pace in six months. Consumer spending increased 1.0% MoM, the highest since August 2009. Core PCE inflation remained at 1.6%, keeping the Fed on track for gradual rate increases
