Colombia | A lot of work needed around subsidies
The legislative framework for the Duque government's development plan currently being debated by the Colombian Congress includes a proposal to alter the allocation of energy subsidies to strata 1, 2 and 3 of the population. This has caused a great deal of controversy both within and outside of government.
