Clinton’s meaningful gains since the first presidential debate have shored up the MXN. Relative to other EM currencies, the MXN has outperformed by about 4% since the first US presidential debate. Looking ahead, if as current odds suggest Clinton ends up winning the election, a bet on the MXN would likely pay handsomely
