Summary

Exports fell nearly 14% yoy in October, the lowest contraction in four months. This outturn was mainly explained by lower prices. In terms of volumes, there was a slight improvement due to higher mining volumes (especially copper), partially offset by lower non-traditional exports, in a context in which Peru’s main trading LatAm partners are growing at a slower pace.
