Spain | November 2015 home sales: contraction without surprises

In November, according to data from the General Council of Notaries, 34,918 homes were sold, representing a decline of 2.5% on transactions from the previous month. However, the fundamentals of housing demand show a positive trend. As a result, transactions between January and November exceed 11.1% for the same period of 2014.
