Spain | The labour market regained dynamism in January, despite the uncertainty
Summary
Labour market records improved expectations and broke the trend of negative surprises in the previous two months. The negative seasonality caused a drop in Social Security registrations of 178,200 people and an increase in unemployed people of 63,700. Excluding this factor, it is estimated that employment grew by 60,000 people and that unemployment fell by 20,000.
